When I was hiking in Torres del Paine and the wind suddenly changed his way blowing my sunglasses and cap 100 meters off the cliff, I realized that was in reality just a metaphor of everyday life. Same as yesterday’s robbery. Even just one unexpected gust of wind can bring you away in few seconds all you have the dearest, all you give for granted. You never know when the wind will change his way, but one thing’s for sure, sooner or later it will, for all of us. The only thing we can do is being prepared to accept that moment, being ready to lose everything. Because you cannot fight the wind, the invisible, the fate.

Ciao, sono Franco, fino adesso mi sono limitato a leggere le tue avventure, e sono bellissime un piu' dell'altra; purtroppo l'ultima non e' stata "simpatica" mi ricordo quando mi "spari" la mia Nikon FM ..... posso capire il tuo stato d'animo, è difficile pensare che sono solo "oggetti" ma in effetti, a mente fredda, lo sono....... quindi " go ahead..."

ciao Franco! tempo di tornare alla realta', sigh! almeno fino a quando non avro' messo da parte il necessario per un nuovo epico viaggio. ci sono tante di quelle cose che avrei da raccontare! conto pertanto di parlartene di persona, di fronte ad un bicchierino di grappa alla coca che sto giustappunto producendo or ora con foglioline boliviane che sono riuscito a contrabbandare... ahahah
